RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Soluna, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us so we can make it right.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our wellness and fitness products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Grip socks
  • Headbands
  • Any opened or used wellness accessories
